I did end up getting my refund, so everything worked out in the end. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I found myself checking on it a few times while I waited. Not a huge issue, but I was hoping it would be a bit quicker

I ordered a replacement switch thinking it was just going to ship out like normal, but after I checked out I realized it was actually on backorder. Maybe I missed something, but I feel like that should’ve been more obvious before paying. I did email them and they answered, so it wasn’t like they ignored me, but then the estimated date changed once and it ended up taking longer than I had planned.

The part did finally arrive and it was the correct switch, so in the end it worked out. I guess it’s not a huge deal since I got what I needed, but waiting around without knowing clearly from the start was kind of annoying. I’d probably order again, just would want the stock status to be easier to see

But everything turned out to be accurate. The parts shipped without any backorder email, no strange delay, no runaround, and what I saw on the site was exactly what showed up. Simple thing, but when you need parts fast, it matters a lot, a lot
